1 to 1 Replacement Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Gaabor (individually and collectively “we”, “us” or “our”) warrants that, subject to the terms set forth herein and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, the products sold in our Gaabor Official Store in:

1. Shopee Mall (https://shopee.com.my/gaabor.os/)
2. Lazada LazMall (https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/gaabor/)
3. TikTok Shop Mall (https://www.tiktok.com/@gaaborofficialstoremy/)
4. Gaabor Flagship Store @ Plaza Metro Kajang and Authorized Third-party Retailers/Sellers (B2B)

will be fit for purpose during the applicable warranty period.


Exclusions and Voidness of our Warranty Coverage

Our warranty will NOT apply to the following:

1. Faulty products caused by transportation during return, replacement or repair.


2. Faulty products caused by any unauthorised modification (without our written consent), disassembly or repairs, or product tampering, misuse or abuse.


3. Faulty products caused by accidents, fire, natural disasters, negligence not caused by us or our authorized representatives or man-made behaviours (including moisture, liquid damage, dropping or falling, fair wear and tear, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, input inappropriate voltage, excessive extrusion, main board deformation, etc.).


4. Products that are improperly installed/used/maintained in accordance with our written specifications, instructions, recommendations, shelf-life limitations, user manual and any recognized general or industry standards and regulations applicable from time to time.


5. Faulty product parts or accessories such as power adapters, cables, batteries, etc, that are damaged, cracked, broken or deformed.

Important Notes


1. Buyers (individually and collectively "you", "your" or "yours") have a responsibility to ensure that you receive complete order(s) and fully functional product(s).


2. The warranty activates from the Received Date automatically and ceases upon the expiration on 30-Day, 6-Month, 1-Year or 3-Year (Refer to Appendix Table 1). Your System Order ID, Purchase Receipt ID or Invoice Number is the proof of your order.


3. Gaabor will make an investigation on the cause of the problem and if the product fault is the consequence of the Manufacturer's defect in Hardware Functional, Materials, or Workmanship.


4. Any handling and/or shipping costs will NOT be covered by Gaabor if associated with:


i. The NON-warranty covered returned item(s);
ii. Uncooperative and/or refusing to follow instructions when/after dealing with our Customer Service Team;
iii. NO traditional Air Waybill sticker is provided;
iv. Additional carton box packaging and/or bubble-wrapping; and
v. Requesting extra replacement product parts or accessories which are NOT within warranty (expired or not covered under our stipulated manufacturer's warranty).


5. Any item(s) that comes with the product(s) purchased must be returned in whole or partial set (as instructed by our Customer Service Team).


6. Ensure that the product(s) you return is/are WASHED CLEAN and NOT DIRTY.


7. Should replacement is required and your model has been discontinued, we’ll offer a replacement with a different model of similar category/features, which may require a top-up due to the price difference. The top-up amounts are subject to its normal sales price.


8. Each product is eligible to claim the replacement warranty ONCE only, excluding products purchased with our SPECIAL WARRANTY COUPONS.


9. Should you receive a defective new purchase order or replacement product, you'll need to contact our Customer Service Team within 5 calendar days. Otherwise, Gaabor will not be liable for any excuses that are unacceptable.


10. Replacement of the product (including products purchased with our Special Warranty Coupons) or a part DOES NOT extend or restart the warranty period.


11. Gaabor reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy without prior notice.

How To Register Product Warranty?

1. To register the warranty for your new purchase, please have the product on hand and log into your member account at https://www.gaabor.my/warranty. New to the site? You can sign up first.

2. Register your product and enjoy the benefits. Kindly upload your proof of purchase, so it is stored safely if you need it for warranty service of your product.

How To Report an Issue or File A Warranty Claim?

To report an issue or file a warranty claim, you must provide us with notice of a defect during the Warranty period in accordance with the Warranty claim procedures indicated below:


STEP 1 Contact Customer Service Team
If you're an
i. Online Buyers: Contact us via ShopeeLazada or Tik Tok Shop Live Chat ONLY
ii. Offline Buyers from Authorized Third-party Retailers/Sellers: Contact us via our Service Email at gaaborservice@jetcommerce.com.my or WhatsApp.

STEP 2 Specify your System Order ID. Purchase Receipt ID or Invoice Number


STEP 3 Elaborate the product fault with CLEAR videos


STEP 4 Troubleshooting and Solution

 

i. Our Customer Service Team will carry out verification and investigation if the problem is under warranty coverage, and will update you within 1-3 working days.

ii. Our Customer Service Team will attempt to resolve your issue through basic troubleshooting, direct replacement or return for inspection.

iii. Upon Gaabor's approval of your return for inspection and claim warranty (if defective), you MUST return it with your preferred courier within 10 calendar days (Refer to Important Notes 4 (ii) & (iii)). Please notify our Customer Service Team with the tracking number once it is returned.

iv. You are advised to ensure that the packaging of the returned item is well-wrapped, wisely & secure to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging during delivery.


v. Once Gaabor receives your returned item, an investigation will be conducted within 5-7 working days.


vi. If the fault is under warranty coverage, we'll arrange a new unit as a replacement within the next 5-7 working days once your shipping details are provided. Otherwise, the item will be returned to you (Refer to Important Notes 4 (i)).
